Exhibitors have the option of holding their own press conferences at the Messe Berlin Press Centre. Fully equipped conference rooms of various sizes are available for this purpose. These rooms and their technical facilities can also be individually prepared to meet your requirements. Should you plan to hold a press conference during InnoTrans, please contact Ms Maritta Voigt (maritta.voigt@messe-berlin.de) in good time. Due to the large number of press events taking place during the trade fair we strongly recommend coordinating dates in advance.

You have the opportunity of renting press pigeonholes at our Press Centre during the trade fair. This allows you to also reach media representatives who have not been able to visit your stand.

Please note that due to the international nature of InnoTrans there is great demand for press materials in English.

Publish your press releases at the InnoTrans Virtual Market Place and make them online available to journalists year-round. You can order the online press box in the exhibitor area of the Virtual Market Place.

The aim of the press guide for InnoTrans is to help journalists establish good links to all exhibitors. The guide contains the names and contact details of your media contacts and provides information about your press events at the trade fair. It is published on the internet and is available at the Press Centre in Hall 6.3. Entries in the press guide are free for exhibitors.

In the run-up to InnoTrans our press department organizes the publishing of an innovation report covering exhibitors’ products and services. It provides you with the opportunity to present your innovations to journalists and other interested parties prior to the trade fair. The Innovation Report is available in online and print versions. This service is free for InnoTrans exhibitors. Please contact the InnoTrans press team if you wish to be included in the Innovation Report.

The Innovation Report, a compilation of new products and evolutionary designs, is available to journalists and the media and can be downloaded free of charge. Experience has shown that trade visitors and persons interested in the subject also make use of this report on the internet for their trade fair preparations, subsequent analysis and their own information. By submitting texts and images for the Innovation Report you agree to the afore-mentioned use of this material.
