NOTE: Access limitations for halls with direct connections to the tracks (1.2b, 2.2b, 3.2a, 4.2a, hub27 / hall 27, Outdoor Display)
Since the track exhibits have to be brought into position before InnoTrans begins it is not possible for vehicles to access hall sides which have direct connections to the tracks from 23 April to 02 May 2021. Your understanding that large and particularly heavy exhibits must be delivered/collected before/after this period is much appreciated.
In order to ensure that trade fair preparations go smoothly, we recommend that you take advantage of the first setting-up days from Wednesday (21 April) up to and including Saturday (24 April) respectively at the latest Sunday (25 April) with the aid of a special exemption to the ban on driving heavy goods vehicles in Germany on Sundays.
During the setting up and dismantling periods setting up and dismantling passes must be worn in such a way that they are clearly visible.
The passes will be available for logged in users at the BECO webshop in good time.
We kindly ask co-exhibitors and stand construction companies to get in touch with the main exhibitor to access these passes.
It is important that packages delivered by post or courier are labelled as follows. Please give the name of a contact person who will be available on site to accept the package.
